About Training and Placement Cell

"Mould the students to Mould the society"

Progress is the activity of today and assurance of tomorrow. Placement is one of the core herbs of any education. Training & Placement cell is an integral part of our college and is provided with a complete infrastructure for its effective functioning. The cell arranges campus interviews for direct recruitment besides conducting Aptitude test, Personality development programmes, Interpersonal Communication and entrepreneurship development programmes. Moreover, The Training & Placement Cell of our college is committed to provide all possible assistance and guidance to its learners in their efforts to find an employment. The Cell maintains a cordial relationship with all the recruiting companies.

Tata ConsultancyServices (BPO Division), Chennai has recognized our college in the year 2010, from which they are visiting our college every year for conducting 100 hours placement training programmes and arranging campus recruitment.

Objectives

  • To mould the students to develop their overall personality through personality Development Programmes.
  • To enrich their interactive, communication and soft skills through periodic training to fulfil the basic requirement of renowned recruiters..
  • To upgrade their knowledge through Guest Lectures, Seminars, Training programmes and Value-Added courses such as Competitive Examinations, Spoken English, Beautician, Tailoring, Office Automation and the like for facing the challenges of latest technology and development.
  • To provide a suitable platform to the students' community for getting placement opportunities to find a job.
